  • 3×4-6 Negative chin ups
  • 3×8-10 Close grip pull ups (presa stretta)
  • 3×10 Dip alle parallele + 10 Straight bar dip
  • 3×10 Triceps extensions
  • 3×10 Tiger push ups + 10 Diamond push ups
  • 1xMAX Dip alle parallele
